Life is short
In olden days, there were no computers, no emails, no mobiles, no phones even. People used to communicate with each other very easily. How was that possible? It is because there were joint families where brothers, sisters stay together. Their children are used to conveying the messages to their relatives. On festival days, marriage ceremony, the kith and kin were available to do the necessary work. Each one will be given work so that the particular task will be completed in a planned manner. No hurry. Now-a-days the families are shortened to maximum four. All the relatives live in each corner of the city or some of them even stay out of the state. They communicate only through mobiles and emails. No meetings or get together parties. They arrive to the function only at the correct time, stay for few minutes and fly away. Why this? All are chasing for money. Everybody wants to compete with each other in some manner or the other. Their aims are big. To achieve their aim, they have to work harder forgetting all the things that were prevailed in olden days. Of course we have to go along the waves. This kind of work will lead to tension, which will end up in health haphazard. Let us remember that Life is given to us only once. Let us not shorten it by fast forwarding it.
