Do meditation to overcome stress
The modern scenario is such we have to run around every nook and corner to keep the show running. We are not thinking and caring about the heart we have cannot tolerate more than the stipulated strength. If our heart is healthy, we are wealthy. To take care of that daily we have to do some kind exercise. Exercise takes care of our health in the best manner and also acts as a kind of nourishment to the bones and muscles. But what about our mind with stress, sleepless nights, tensions? The solution for all these is MEDITATION. We need not have to dedicate a huge time for meditation. Just a deep breath can relieve our stress. All we have to do is to sit in a quiet place, close our eyes, breathe in slowly and breathe out. This practice slows down our stress, tension and relaxes our nervous system. This will lead us to healthy heart and peaceful sleep. All that one needs to do is to make sure that we are fully in synchronous with our body and also that the mind is completely tuned in to relax. Twenty minutes a day will do wonders in our life.
