Health is a very important factor that rules a person. Food habits play a major role to the person’s attitude and presentation. This can be done by including lots of fruits, vegetables in the diet. Fruits juices like orange and lemon are energizing and should be taken at the time of exhaustion. Vegetables like carrot, cabbage, green leafy vegetables should be included in our day to day diet to remain perfectly fresh. This will boost our energy and help us to think wiser and better. We should make sure that we eat a very balanced diet i.e. vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates in correct proportions. Cereals, pulses, grains, wheat etc should be included in the diet to remain fresh and healthy. Oil and fatty substances should be avoided, how ever trace amounts of it are essential for a healthy living. The best of all oil is the poly unsaturated sun flower oil. Fish is a staple food for many and its does wonders. It is rich in vitamin A that is essential component for our eyes, hair, skin and metabolism. Water is a very essential component that should be added to our diet. Intake of two liters of water per day keeps a person ON the whole day. If all these supplements are included in our diet we will remain young, active and beautiful for a long time.
