It’s the 21st century and people are in a fast paced world that little do they care about elders in their homes and the communities around them. As a home maker myself, I was thinking about this off late and wanted to share my views and opportunities that the old and needy can make use of, to live their life the way they want by either being Independent or being Assisted.

Describing the homes which are in the format of Independent Living include apartments,  condos,  or garden homes offering some extra services and features that many retired people would especially enjoy or find helpful. This does include home maintenance and other facilities such as to help the elderly go shopping or attend a social meeting.

Describing the homes which are in the format of Assisted Living include activities for people who require them for daily living but do not require nursing home care. Typical help such as meals, bathing, dressing, housekeeping,  and other needs are in this umbrella.

Both the formats of living are viable for the elderly who need either care of Independence during delicate days of their life. That said, I would like to see a world where there is no one so needy and so dependent upon others for a living.
