Water is our source of life and very vital to healthy living. We need water to transport nutrients to our body organs, maintain body temperature, flush out our toxins and much more. Water improves our muscle tone and we definitely look good. Having the ability to perform so many tasks in the human body it is rightly called as the elixir of life. But water can easily be contaminated. Since most of us depend on wells or reservoirs for drinking water, it is highly recommended to boil and drink. Underground well water is untreated and may contain hazardous industrial wastes and pesticides, heavy metal and microbiological contaminants. If consumed over a long period of time they could damage our organs. Contaminated water can cause typhoid, hepatitis, diarrhea, dysentery and gastroenteritis. Water has to be purified by filtering, straining and boiling. There are a lot of equipments that are now available in the market and the manufacturers claim that it can make water pure to about 99%. But there are a couple of people who can make hoax just to cash in and it is up to us to make sure that our families are protected well. The best thing to do would be to be less dependent on the external purifiers and just have the water boiled. It also goes easy on the pocket.

Man has become so modern that he wants everything to be modern. This is good considering the fact that it improves the lifestyle of man. But at the same time, today’s modernized world has captured everybody into their own work places and career arenas. Man seldom gets time to spend quality time at the place where he will truly get it - his “home”. A home is where one lives with his loved ones and the very thought of home brings in so many moments and instances that we have spent with our loved ones. A man and his home are inseparable and wherever man travels, home is the place he will be missing because it’s the place where he is at his best. But truth to tell, how many of us are really taking care of our home and making it a place to cherish every moment we live. The answer would be so less.
